Hi Abi, before posting this, I actually checked your blog to see if you had already linked to it :)
I guess they googled "Founder of ISI" and copied the first picture from the search result. Way to go Deccan Herald! Brilliant journalistic practice/standards. Keep it up.Article is still online as of 6:30 AM April 6.
I once saw an article (can't recall in which newspaper) about Prof. C.R Rao, which had the picture of Prof. C.N. R Rao :)
